I am using the Two Action PIP Initiator Model to submit a PIP3A4 document. The document was submitted to our Trading Partner 3 days ago and the Process is still waiting for an acknowledgement. I’m not expecting our Partner to send one in development, but I am surprised that the process has not timed out. The timeout should be after 2 hours.
Any ideas?

In your model right click n open the properties of the step “Wait for Receipt Ack”. In the properties, check for the value of the field “Join Timeout” - the “Timeout Type” should be set to Relative and the “TimeOut” should be specified in ms, ie for two hours- Timeout = 7200000.
