Hi All,

I’m using RFC Notification to get the data from SAP R/3 system.

I need to know how it will behave when data is post to wM is down…
will it acts similar to jdbc notification… i.e., when it come up it will retrieve the record and process it??

Basically how to handle it?

Hi Shaik,

If WM is down SAP Adapter also will go down. if your posting from SAP to webMethods SAP will error out i.e transaction will not pass. Please check SAP Adapter documentation for more information. Normally if webMethods goes down Administrator will notify SAP Admin team. all the Idocs will go to collect state once webMethods is up all the idocs will process from there.
