    We received this explanation last week "For IBM Z nominees, the profile will be first evaluated by Z team (Shari Chiara) for Z badges. After that, the Rising Champions badges will be issued.
    This is why the badges are being delayed for the Z applicants. We are trying to complete this as soon as possible, thank you for your patience"
