  • 1.  Restart not working

    We are having a problem where using the “Shut Down and Restart” in the webMethods Administrator to restart the Integrataion Server doesn’t work.
    Specifically, after click the “Restart” button, the server shuts down, but does not restart. Is there a fix for this?

    Environment:

    webMethods IS 7.1.3 running as a service
    Trading Networks
    Windows 2008 R2 SP1
    Java 1.6.0 64-bit

    Hi Andrew,

    Can you maybe share the last 10 to 15 entries of your IS logs to check the issue further. 713 had this issue and if i remember correctly there was a Fix supplied for this issue. You need to check empower for the same.
