    Can you please confirm that topic is the same issue/fix and if there is released VIOS version that would fix this issue?

    The "System" busy error from the VIOS can happen if the VIOS is busy processing some request and can not honour new request from the client. It also could happen if the file system inside VIOS is full. VIOS should recover from this state quickly and should respond to the client (REST API) calls.

    Do you have the level of the VIOS which has the fix from ftp://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/iv81465/IV81465m6a.160215.epkg.Z and still seeing the issue? Could you please check if the VIOS file system is not full? If you are consistently seeing the issue, i recommend you to open a PMR. Thanks!

    By looking into the VIOS Release Lifecycle, the fix IV81465m6a.160215.epkg.Z is not available in VIOS 2.2.3.3. The VIOS level 2.2.3.3 seems to be little old. If you have an option, request you to update the VIOS to latest level available. Please see https://www-945.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/vios/selectFixes?parent=Virtualization%20software&product=ibm/vios/5765G34&release=2.2.3.3&platform=All&function=all to get the VIOS release LifeCycle info.
