    Please look into refreshing rsync with version 3.2.4.  Also, look into defaulting the parse config file to /opt/freeware/etc/rsyncd.conf.
    In addition, you may want to look at the new rrsync (the restricted rsync script; --with-rrsync) feature.  However, it depends on python3 and braceexpand lib.  So you may want to make it sub package like rsync-rrsync and dependent on python3 and braceexpand lib.

    Hi Matthew,

    Apologies for the delay.

    rsync 3.2.7 is uploaded on AIX tool box. This version is having fix for     "Set the default rsync daemon config file to /opt/freeware/etc/rsyncd.conf"
    We are working on second requirement "rrsync feature , we will update you once it is done.
