I noticed when creating a table report, the rows are limited to 65k (see the screenshot).

In the admin panel I did not find any option to increase this limit, is it possible to set it to a higher value by editing configuration files from CLI?

Hi, 
No, 65K is the maximum supported number of rows in reports. If you need to extract really large result sets then run a search and export the results.
