    I think you are looking to implement a scheduled Undercover Agent, which is found under the Events menu.  This will allow you to define a schedule to run an associated service.  One important thing to note is that scheduled Undercover Agents DO NOT run in Process Centers (i.e. development environments), but only on runtime servers (i.e. Test, Staging, or Production environments).  I assume some of the reasons for this is so that when testing and initially setting up these scheduled jobs, they aren't constantly firing in a development environment while they're being worked on (which could lead to frequent errors) and so that they don't unnecessarily take up valuable resources that are already in high demand in a frequently used, multi-process app Process Center environment.
