Hi Team,

When i try to install the dnf on my AIX 7.1 server,I am getting the following error.

/opt->./dnf_aixtoolbox.sh -d
Attempting download of dnf_bundle_aix_71_72.tar ...
lwp-download: 500 Can't connect to [10.82.136.13:1080 qualys_https_proxy=https:]:443 (Hostname and service name not provided or found)
Failed to download dnf_bundle_aix_71_72.tar

Please suggest a way to install dnf in the server and i need to upgrade the sudo package which is causing a vulnerability in the server and i need to fix on priority.
Also i have tried getting packages from AIX opensource and tried installing and getting dependencies error for some packages and those packages are not available in the opensource.
