  • 1.  Recovery when SMB mount source is rebooted

    Hello all; we are using the open source AIX Runtime for SMB Client V7.1.302.3 on AIX 7100-05.  We are wondering what the recovery steps would be when the Windows server that is the source of the remote mount is rebooted?  Will the SMB Client keep polling and recover the mount automatically?  Will it suspend all read/write operations while the source is unavailable?
