The l_nimpid field in the .loader sectiion is not positive.  Examine the .loader section header with the 'dump -Hv' command.

I ran unzip -v directly from the command line and received output 

Unzip 6.0 ...

I then cd to /u01/oracle/home/11.2.0.3/bin/

# unzip -v

again received msg 

Unzip 6.0 ....

# dump -Hv unzip

unzip:

                                Loader scetion

dump:  unzip:  0654-107  There is not enough memory available now

Are you using AIX Toolbox unzip ?

If not , try to use it . https://public.dhe.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/unzip/
