RDz V9 IVP on OMVS hangs and operator command no response

    Hi,

     

    We have installed RDz V9.0 on  z/OS. When We performed IVP Daemon Testing ,OMVS hangs, No success message.

    Please find our steps below.

    1.fekfivpd on omvs

    $ /usr/lpp/rdz/bin/fekfivpd
    Enter the path to the customized rsed.envvars:
    /etc/rdz

    executed on MVS2 -- Tue Jan 14 10:38:24 EST 2014
    executed by uid=0(IBMUSER gid=0(SYS1)
    using /etc/rdz/rsed.envvars

    current address space size limit is  142671872 ( 136.1 MB)
    maximum address space size limit is 2147483647 (2048.0 MB)

    attempting to connect userid IBMUSER using port 4035 ...

    Password:
    SSL is disabled
    connected

    we dont see success message, and it doesnt comes out, it hangs.

     

    2.Operator Command

    No error messages and no output.

    The connections are in ClosWait but its not closing.

    We tried to connect to RDz host via RDz client, we are able to connect successfully.

     

    Could you please let us know Why IVP OMVS session Hangs, Why in Closwait and Close() failed.
