  • 1.  RDT - Require to create DBD,PSB

    ASMA90 is missing in RDT.

    This module is used in PSBGEN and DBDGEN to generate PSB & DBD. It is supposed to be there in system libraries, but it is missing.

    So it is not possible to create DBD & PSB.

    Please help me on this.

    Hi,

    Since you say that you are using RD&T V9, the only version of z/OS that comes with RD&T V9 is z/OS 1.13. You are using what comes with RD&T V9, or are you using some sort of custom levels to match an existing mainframe environment?

    On z/OS 1.13, (the version of z/OS that comes with RD&T V9,) you will find the assembler in the libraries with a hlq of HLA.  If you don't have any HLA datasets cataloged, more than likely you are missing one of the required volumes in your device map file.
