RBD 9.5.0.1 interface with DB2 v11 with problems.

We installed DB2 version 11.1 on the AIX server and the functionalities with the schema are not working.

We have already reported this to IBM and Mark's team have actually seen the problem. They are working to release a fix pack.

The problem that occurs is:
1) in the DATA perspective of RBD, the schema tabs do not allow the display of their contents, that is, of the tables associated with the schema.
2) In RBD's EGL perspective, when we try to create a Data Access Service, we choose the database and the tables do not appear. (new -> other -> egl -> data access application).

We understand that RBD is not getting to the database to get the database schemas ..

This issue has been solved.

IBM engineers encountered the problem, sent the fix for a FIX.

Needing just call.

This issue was identified as APAR PI94295.

A fix was supplied to Osvaldo where his team kindly confirmed it resolved the issue.

Anybody who experiences this is therefore welcome to raise a PMR requesting the fix as we will be happy to provide it.

Download the APAR PI94295;

a) Exit from the RBD;
b) Back up the \ IBM \ SPD and \ IBM \ IBMIMShared
c) Run the APAR, as instructed in READ_ME (zip)
d) Enter the RBD with the option (-clean)
