check the trigger queue for the published document type step…looks like the trigger queue is full and is in the process of draining when your publish is occurring. Possible is that there is a trigger that is stuck causing a doucment to be in the draining state or started state and not moving out the queue causing a timeout to the next publish that you are doing.
