Queue Event getting lost in ATC

    I have an ATC which has a queue of events. When I try to stop the ATC using the following command

    adapter_restart -stop ATC_Name brokerName@BrokerServer:serverPort

    One event gets lost and it does not log into the log tables.

    What can I do to solve this problem . This is very urgent. Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    The best thing to do is contact webMethods Support, they will be able to help you and they are the experts at this kind of problem. Someone here may well have seen the problem but support will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend patches etc if appropriate.
