    Hello Cognos Gurus,

    there is a strange behaviour in QS (10.2.x, 11.0.13, 11.1.x) in filter combine dialog.

    When using two or more filters there will be a combine dialog to set "()" as well as "and/or" between them.
    This dialog is empty, if one of the filters being used is a "predefined one from FM modell" and the usage was set to "not include".

    Testcase:
    * Have a Frameworkmanager modell with prefined filters
    * Create a new empty QueryStudio report
    * Add some columns
    * Add predefined filter
    * Add another predefined filter click on the filter in the combine dialog and select "Do not show filter values (NOT)", click OK ... the Combine dialog is now empty = NOK
    * Selecting "Show only filter values", click "OK" ... the Combine dialog is now filled correctly = OK

    Wondering if this is a feature or a bug.

    If it was a bug, wondering if it would be worth opening an APAR. Would this ever be fixed?

    Looking forward to your thoughts on this.
