Hello,
We use pub.estd.rosettaNet:processDocument to process our internal rosettanet object.
We think it will be recognize by TN for Document Type, and then will get partner information from TPA.
And then it will start conversation whit partner.
But I found the program is not response in ‘com.wm.estd.rosettaNet.RequestHandler.startConversation’
Our environment is:
IS:8.2
WmRosettaNet:7.1
I used Designer to import OneActionInitatorModel, and customized it and build&upload to IS server.
I also set up Broker server in IS Admin–>Setting–>Messaging.
I checked WmPRT, it is green light for broker.
Now, I really didn’t know why it can’t trigger my process and look the conversation entity in TN Console.

Hi,

Is this for RN setup you are trying to test here? Looks like tons of errors in your logs.

Also have you verified all the TN items including rules and Broker triggers are enabled correctly part of sanity checks and WmPRT process models enable and execution side of aspects?

Do you have any RN Module 7.1 fixes in your environment at the latest?

check if your process model is enabled in MWS.
Do you see the TN entry for the document?
if yes, it’s recognized properly, if not, check the doc type definition.
Check the TPA, do you have a UNKNOWN to UNKNOWN TPA?
try to create one, in case your sender/receiver profile doesn’t match, it will still trigger the process.,

But, the process didn’t be triggered.
1.The process model is enabled in MWS.
2.I don’t know if the below log is shown that TN can recognize the document is TN Document Type for our PIP.

4.I checked the WmPRT page. There are all green lights, except Optimize.

I did all similar steps in webMethods6.5, they work fine.
But, change to webMethods8.2 with WmRosettaNet 7.1.1(with no fix), the process go to startConversation, and then the process is stop.

I think that the server did not post the document type to Broker, because I didn’t find Broker receive anything on WMS.

Do you find any more messages in the error/server logs other than TN logs and also check the service usage page also see if any thing is hanging there after it started conversation.
