I have a very simple process with a task. When I debug the process it runs until it gets to the task. It loads the myweb methods within the designer, I assign the task and complete it, but the monitor in designer doesn’t pick notice that the task is complete and it gives me an error timing out that the task didn’t complete.

For my my webMethods Server (remote) instance, I’ve checked the monitoring properties and it says the following ports are being monitored and started on that server. (Server port 8585 and monitor port 8585) I’ve also tried monitor port 8586 and the result was the same.

On the integration server the wmMonitor package is configured to the myWebMethods server on the same port.

How do you get the designer and monitor to recognize when a task is complete?
