  • 1.  Problem With Ant Script

    Hi Frds,

    Before in our environment we used to deploy application using ANT Script for WAS 6.0 and Commerce servers integrated in it with version 6.0.

    All deployments are successfull in this environment.

    But recently we upgraded WAS 6.0 to 6.1.From that time we are having problems with deployments.

    we are getting false messages like Build Successfull though its actually not.

    By analysing logs we found java.lang.classcast exception.

    Can someone help me regarding this issue.

    Ravi, can you please post an excerpt from the log with these ClassCast messages? It makes it easier for anyone trying to help you.

    My quick wild guess  here would be that, somewhere within your code or build procedure, you are referencing libraries from version 6.0, while versiopn 6.1 use new versions of these libraries. But that is just a guess.

    Can you please post the full description of the error. IT might be that the code is been compiled in older version of java
