Problem running multivariate GLM with covariates

    I am trying to run a multivariate GLM with both fixed factors and covariates. Every time I add the covariates, SPSS runs indefinitely until I force quit the software. Any ideas about how to do this successfully would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
