Sorry to hear you're experiening problems here.
Some questions for context:
1) Are you using SaaS or on-premises Resilient?
2) Is there a proxy/WAF/firewall between you and the Resilient server?
3) Does the "Network" tab in your browser's "Developer Tools" (usually opened by F12 key) show any failing network requests?
4) Do you see an entry in the Resilient server's {{client.log}} file? (if you have access to it)
