Problem in creating Flow Service

  • 1.  Problem in creating Flow Service

    I am using webMethods6.0 version. When i was trying to create a new flow service through developer, it is gving me the following error: 
    

    “Could not create ‘Packagename:Untitled’. com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: [ISS.0026.9103] Unable to write to flow.xml”. I am able to create other services like Java service,trigger, Document type,Schema etc.I am facing this problem only when i was trying to create a new flow service,also i am getting the same error when i am running an already build flow service.Could anyone help me in this matter.Thanks in advance.

    Restart your server and check the permission on that file.

    Check with your Administrator to give Access to run the Flows and to create the New Flows.
