I've deployed an app on IBM Cloud but it's not starting properly, and I'm not sure what's causing the issue. I've checked the logs but can't pinpoint the problem. Has anyone experienced similar deployment errors? I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or debug this effectively.

When you say an app, do you mean an integration on App Connect Enterprise as a Service?

If so, there should be some logging. Either in the pods or in the deployment or even in the install itself.

I've not had this problem with the trials of ACE on cloud. There is documentation on monitoring and troubleshooting available: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/app-connect/saas?topic=troubleshooting-viewing-log-messages-in-log-viewer
