I’m thinking to use Cocoon for trasforming and deliverying the stylesheet to different media and userAgent since is very powerful.
What I need is a servlet to associate the proper xsl files to the xml resulted from a tamino query, or better a servlet that create the command lines inside the xml files for the association with the proper xsl files; in this way every browsers can display the cocoon transformed html or wml files.

I’m afraid I can’t help you directly with using Cocoon and Tamino together. If anyone is reading this who has done it, please help!

A quick search on google for “Tamino Cocoon” suggests some possible contacts, and if you search the Cocoon users mailing list archives at http://www.mail-archive.com/cocoon-users%40xml.apache.org/ you will find a number of people who appear to be using Cocoon successfully with Tamino and may be able to offer advice.
