We received notification of a forced upgrade of the TM1 DB in PAoC environments for TM1 DBs older than 2.0.9.13, released April 2022.  This fine and well understood that PAoC customers need to stay current.

I note though, that you are moving people to 2.0.9.21 release.  I realise the rules are different for PAoC and on premise but I just want to check if you will be forcing people to the 2.1 series in PAoC in October?

Despite the fact that the rules are different in PAoC and on-prem, I think it is going to be confusing and create noise if PAoC customers are on a release of TM1 DB that is no longer supported (on-premise).

When will PAoC customers be able to request to be upgraded to the 2.1 series?
