In your case if you lose hdisk1 you should be able to boot up without it, assuming there's nothing else vital on it. If you lose hdisk0 paging space will, with respect, be the least of your problems. Your system won't boot because you won't have a root volume group, hence no boot image, hence nothing else matters:-)
For a high availablity configuration it's usually a good idea to define multiple page spaces outside of the root volume group, drop hd6 and then mirror the root volume group. That way loss of a physical volume in rootvg won't take your system down.
