Does Maximo always sent a CERT on outbound integration calls?  I see in Websphere if you don't select a cert alias it automatically selects one.

Certificate alias in key store

Specifies the certificate to use in the key store.

If you select None, the Java Secure Sockets Extension (JSSE) key manager determines which certificate is used.

The issue we are having is that when we make calls to their DEV enpoint it goes through fine but when we make calls to their TEST endpoint it's rejecting it.  They said it's because we're sending a CERT to TEST and not to their DEV.  Which i'm still confused because we're just changing the endpoint URL in the endpoint application and running a test, we aren't determing anywhere in Maximo if it's this endpoint to send a CERT or not. Trying to better understand how CERT works within Maximo.
