Hi All,
I have a requirement where in i need to send rule violation alerts if a process is in started state for more than 10mins. I have created an event rule for this and the rule is working fine. The problem is that when the rule gets violated for the first time ,I receive an email. But on subsequent rule violations am not receiving any email. Has anyone faced this problem ? Kindly help
