We have a custom web application that opens ICN in an Iframe for the purpose of viewing documents in Daeja View Virtual. Just recently (about two weeks ago) our users received an error message "the session expired. Please login again" when trying to view the document. If they open ICN in a seperate window, no Iframe, it will display the doucument. Not being able to view the doucument in-line with the application is slowing the throughput of our users.

The users are connecting through citrix, they are using Chrome 90 as thier browser.

IBM support suggested I post this issue here for suggestions.

It could be an issue with Chrome SameSite cookie handling. Have you tried disabling #same-site-by-default-cookies and #cookies-without-same-site-must-be-secure chrome://flags?
