  • 1.  Open DMR in Cognos Analysis Studio

    I've created a DMR in Framework Manager and published the package. The DMR only contains Facts and Dimensions.

    However, I am unable to open this published package in Cognos Analysis Studio as the packages appears greyed out.

    I am able to open it in Query Studio and able to drill up and down in the hierarchies.

    How can one open a DMR  in Analysis Studio?

    I got it to work! Silly me...my Dimensional namespace was under Business View. IBM best practice is to have the dimensional view at the same level as the Data Source, Business, and Presentations Views.
