Hi,

I'm working through the installation instructions for RDz UT. I've installed Linux and the 1090 rpm. Now I want to get the license key. I just followed the instructions delivered with the kit:
"To obtain a license key update file, go to <link>.
Use the following code to enter the license activation website: nnn"

The problem is, when I enter the link, I come to this group and I don't know where to get the license key! Am I doing something wrong here?

Your not doing anything wrong. We were hosting the key activation website on the cafe, which just went through a migration ... and of course the website went down.

We are trying to figure out how to bring it back up but there is some weird redirection rules that keep knocking us back :)

send me an email (myersda AT ibm.com) and I'll get you going.

it looks like the email you gave me is not working. I've got the following error message today:
Error transferring to e6.ny.us.IBM.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 5.1.1 ... User unknown

Could you please check it?

That looks like the mail address got mangled :) Sorry...correct address is (myersda AT us.ibm.com)

In the meantime we did get the activation site back up. Use the code on the flyer included in your box for the USB key here:

I have the same issue where I came to this site but cannot enter the code anywhere to activate the USB Hardware Key. Please help.

Hi Dan, here are the steps:

1) Enter the code that came on the flyer in your USB key box
2) Enter your purchase info (agreement #, site #) to validate your order
3) come back to download the key

Which step are you stuck on?

I got to the point of logging on after following the previous post link and requesting activation for the USB key. How long do I need to wait for an activation? I entered it earlier this morning but have not received a response. Do I go back to the site, or does the key get emailed to me? I keep checking the site and it still shows status of requested.

Still have some manual processing on the backend. We are in the midst of setting up an automated system.

We usually process the keys in the afternoon. We will send you an email when the key is ready and you come back to the site to download.
