Can you please tell me when will we get NS Run time exception.
i got this exception while tracing the flow service.

Whenever you have a transformer used in a map on a list (String / Document) ,you will get this error while tracing. Please use proper indices for the list objects in the link property or replace the transformer with the flow service (if you dont have many transformers).
