  • 1.  Not able to enable the Transactional JMS connection Alias

    Posted Tue October 17, 2017 10:19 AM

    Hi Experts,

I have created a Transactional JMS connection alias. I have enabled it successfully.

However after restarting the IS it’s state is inProgress.

In IS log I am able to see below error log “Channel could not be found on the server for my connection alias”

I can see the queue and topic are available on UM and IS is connected to UM.

Can anyone please suggest me what could be the issue.

    Thanks…

Make sure to have the latest IS and UM fix levels installed, as I have not encountered this error, however, could you confirm how did you create the Queues and Topics? I mean via JNDI tab? or ?

Also, test and verify the JNDI alias whether you see the UM objects listing on IS

    Hi nb,

please check connection factory and JNDI lookup once.
By testing JNDI lookup you can see what are the available connection factories and queues, topics over their as well as check in Enterprise manager.

    I need more information…

    Thanks,
    Ram.
