I have been using NMON tool to capture performance data. It is a great tool.
The reason of capturing these data is to create a Workload Estimate for Partners, who have completed performance test.

    NMON version for AIX 6.1 - nmon12a-aix61
    AIX OS version - 6100-00-00

I had this particular ISV who created lots a records (in millions) and reading during the Month End, Day End and Start of day batch process. The output for MEMNEW - has something as FScache and it is always with very high percentage.

My question here is : -

    1. How do I look at the overall memory utilization (%) ?
    2. The overall memory utilization does it include the FScache (%)?
    3. What is FScache (%)?

I have another issue with I/O for WLE (workload estimator), the is a value as %WRITE_OPS%(The anticipated number of logical disk write operations per second. )and %READ_OPS% (The anticipated number of logical disk read operations per second).

My question here is : -

    1. What are the parameters in nmon relates to these parameters ?

    Thanks
