  • 1.  NIM lppsource update add failed

    But this update 'add' has failed with the following error:

    0042-001 nim: processing error encountered on "master":
    0042-001 m_update: processing error encountered on "master":
    0042-175 c_update: An unexpected result was returned by the "/usr/sbin/gencop
    y" command:
    0503-003 gencopy: The specified device /NIM/aix5312dvd/5300-12-05_2of2CI4HMML.i
    so
    is not a valid device or file

    Any one can help me on this?
    Note: The NIM master is AIX 7.1

    I use another method with 'loopmount' command, and manage to get this thing done.
    Probably multiple iso files input is not currently supported.
