from security reason i’m trying to configure rpc.statd to use fixed IP port over portmap. I configured all others NFS daemon except rpc.statd. For this daemon i can't find any working solution. When rpc.statd is started, it get always dynamic port by portmapper, what's wrong situation in firewall environment, where i need to configure only fixed IP port for communication of this daemon.

    thanks.

Looks like IBM wants us to use NFSv4 instead?
