    lssrc -g nfs
    host PPRLBCA1
    host PPRALIA1
    grep /usr/tmp /etc/exports
    ping PPRLBCA1

    host PPRALIA1
    ping PPRALIA1

this seems to be the output on PPRLBCA1 instead of PPRALIA1, right? anyway...

it looks like you have multiple IP addresses on PPRLBCA1, if PPRLBCA1 either has multiple adapters on the same subnet or multiple addresses on the same adapter (aliases), you need to export the filesystem to the base IP address of the adapter ( if you are using aliases) or to the IP address of the used by the adapter listed on the default route.

if your NFS server is on the same subnet as PPRLBCA1 and you have multiple adapters on the subnet, then you would have to export to them all, as packets leave the box using a round-robin algorithm (by default) and the NFS authentication process will fail.

if you are not using multiple addresses on PPRLBCA1, then you have a host resolution problem, the answer to the commands: host PPRLBCA1 and host PPRALIA1 have to match on both hosts in order for NFS to work correctly.

    best regards,
    Enrique.
