new user downloading issue

    So i made an account at IBM yesterday and want to download CEPLEX Canada for academic (I am Prof).
    When they ask me to register or already register ... I provide the institution email then they asked me to fill out a form
    containing "confirm email" I put the same institution email but they keep telling me wrong email. 
    I tried it few times.. what is wrong here?
