Hi,
The issue for us is that the Custom Getting Started text appears at the bottom of the email, so when the recipient reads it they get all the info about creating an IBM ID, then the custom text and finally the join account button.
My suggestion would be to allow a toggle on/off for the IBM ID section for administrator discretion to select. Or to allow the Custom Getting Started text to appear first so that we can signpost to a user to "just click the big blue Join Account button below".
Hope this makes sense?

Thanks for your feedback! It seems like your users may be logging in via IBMid, which is federated to your Organization's Entra ID for SSO. That's likely causing the confusion about the IBMid reference in the invite email.
We've added a Custom Getting Started section where you can tailor the instructions, you can add custom instructions there to guide your users through the Entra ID login process.
Does this solution work for you? If you need further help, feel free to raise a support request. If it doesn't fully resolve the issue, we can explore additional ideas through our portal.
Thanks again for reaching out!

I really like the customisation on Invite Emails, it would be good to be able to toggle off the "How to join the account" section which talks about IBM ID. We have SSO enabled on our Blueworks account with Entra ID authentication, so IBM ID isn't a concept for our business users and we always get feedback that the Invite email is confusing.
