  • 1.  Need to find out Total Number of Reports on Cognos

    Hi All,

    can anyone please help me out to find the Total Number Reports on Cognos Analytics (DEV or PROD)

    i would like to know is there any Audit report present on Cognos to know the Total number of Reports on Cognos.

    Hi Yerramreddy,

    In your Cognos installation folder, you can find scripts that will give you this information.  There is a folder for each content store vendor (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) so make sure to select the correct version and run the script against the content store.

    If you installed to the default location and use SQL Server, it would be here:

    C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\analytics\configuration\schemas\content\sql server

    You are looking for the script "CSize_profiling_mssqlseerver.sql" or something similar based on your DB vendor.
