After registering for the conference and expecting to receive the Universal pass details via email, I found that I haven't received the confirmation or the pass. I've checked my spam folder but couldn't locate it there either. Now I'm seeking help from the community to find out how to resolve this issue.

If anyone has faced a similar situation or has insight into how I can recover or retrieve my pass information, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Hi Ashwani, we're excited to host you at the conference! There is no separate Universal pass, it's already included in your conference pass. Attendees will need to bring their conference badge for access to the park and our team will ensure all the needed information on access/ what to bring/ etc. is shared with attendees in the know before you go as well as the mobile app and communicated on site through the info desks.
