Hello All,

I am facing a very strange issue. I have 2 MWS servers , where I have installed MWS 9.9.
In one of the servers , Optimize is installed. Now both servers have the same fix level( MWS_9.9.0_Fix1 ).

However the one having the Optimize installation is very slow. It is taking huge amount of time to load the pages
in that MWS. I have increased the max memory to 2 GB also , but the result is same.

The other MWS is working fine.

Kindly please help as what could be the issue behind this.

Hi Abir,

please check if there is an Optimize Fix available for wM 9.9.

If so, please apply to all instances (IS, Optimize, MWS).

We have OPT_9.9.0_Fix2 installed for Optimize.

Hi Abir,

Fixes for Optimize are multi-part Fixes.

This means, they have part for IS (Packages WmOptimize, WmISExtDC, WmARTExtDC, …), parts for the Optimize Engines itself and parts for MWS (Optimize UI).

Can you provide the versions for Central Configurator, Optimize for Infrastructrue and Optimize for Process from MWS About pages?

double check that your database host and your MWS host are co-located in the same datacenter. If the boxes are in different locations, the performance will be terrible as the communication to the database over the internet will be much slower than the same over a local LAN.
