In MWS we are receiving an error while browsing the client Queue. The error is Queue Browser Error (281-1806): The client queue is exhausted; there are no more events to return. The queue shows 2362 messages but when I say Browse messages after locking the queue it gives that error. I have checked the Triggers as well on IS but the triggers are OK.
Please could I get a solution. In techcommunity.softwareag.com/ecosystem/documentation I could see the description of the error but it is not satisfactory.

You may either need to restart IS or clear the queue and most probably issue with the trigger…
Did you try reset the trigger ie disable/enable it and will that clear queue and processed?
