The issue i am having when applying updates to the standby BOS. After the updates have been applied, the process seems unable to write the boot image to the standby BLV bos_hd5.

Normal standby BOS creation without applying updates seems to work fine.

    multibos -Xs

Active boot logical volume is hd5.
Standby boot logical volume is bos_hd5.

bosboot: Boot image is 30464 512 byte blocks.

But when creating and applying updates. /mnt is an nfs mount to a remote host with AIX 5.3 TL6

    multibos -Xs -a -l /mnt

Active boot logical volume is hd5.
Standby boot logical volume is bos_hd5.

The same problem happens if i try to apply updates to the standby BOS, after the intial creation of standby BOS.

Any ideas whats going wrong here ?
