    AIX is not windows, so you can't run MS SQL or MS ISS on it.

    You can run other database such as DB2 and probably a few other.

    For your web server, look at IBM HTTP Server or Apache

    regarding C#, on Linux I've heard Mono can be used, don't know on AIX but it's not there by default and probably not easy to add
