I have modified the X12 T860 to include an NTE segment after the N1 loop and an NTE segment after the POC SCH segment. When I do this it only adds it as a Document and I need it to add it as a Document List.

I do not see where it offers me that option.

Can someone help me… My trading partner has confirmed they have no intention of changing the format of there document.

You can change that NTE segment to loop option in the Schema and click on the Segment properties select B [/b]and save the schema and Create the DocumentType from the updated schema you should see the NTE (DocumentList)
