    At this point the restore loops back to the start of the restore options screens. This also happens with new mkcd images created on this server.

    Not being entirely sure what this means we've tried many different things including injecting an image.data into the existing cd-iso and reburning, and creating a new mkcd with the -i flag set to use the default image.data. None of these options are working.

    We've tried creating a bootable disk from the same server following the instructions in /usr/lpp/bos.sysmgt/README and selecting to install from a System Backup.
    If anyone can offer any suggestions I'd be very grateful. Preferably we'd like to restore the old image, but right now being able to take a new mkcd and restore from that would be something.

    System is 5200-00 on System Model: IBM,7026-B80 which is a CHRP system.

    The only two things I found out of place, that "might" be causing the errors are:

    1. The name of the LV mounting onto /usr is hd4_new instead of hd2.
    2. The primary paging space hd6 is missing. There is only paging00.

    Thanks a lot, even i had the same issue and found that the hd6 is not available. i recreated hd6 and recreated the image.data. now everything works fine.
