We have all the required binaries, libraries and other files getting shipped via various Samba rpms.
The PERZL list has a utility called "samba-tool" as do the Linux distributions.

Samba in AIX Toolbox doesn't have Active Directory Domain Controller (AD DC) support. Samba-tool binary is part of Domain controller code so that it is not built.
We are only using the samba as a client, but there is some functionality in that tool that will assist us in obtaining keytabs from the AD server, etc.
I think you can use the net rpc command to do that as well.
