Hi Ruben - In case you are still seeking a solution, there is an automated way to do this using Orcaconfig (assuming I understood you correctly).
Orca accelerates moving to new cells. It automatically captures the configurations of both cells – the old one and the new one – providing side by side comparisons of all the configurations, including the nodes. You can also use Orca to create new nodes, application servers, or any other configurations in your new WAS cell and quickly deploy your applications from one cell to the new one.
